The Brook Hill Middle School Orchestra, plus one US and one alumni orchestra student, participated in the Tyler Public Library “Symphony Stories” event on Wednesday, Jan. 11. They gave a varied musical performance for the young audience, exposing them to classical to pop pieces along with an informative presentation on the different orchestral string instruments. The Brook Hill musicians concluded their presentation with a fun instrumental “petting zoo” where the pre-schoolers could receive a hands-on experience with the string instruments.
