Welcome home —
In photo at right, Specialist Richard Torrelli (left), was awarded a special U.S. flag presented by Rick Miller of the Veterans of Foreign Wars post. In the photo above, Torrelli was welcomed home from Iraq by Bullard citizens in the downtown square. The ceremony was organized by Anne DeLaet, who organizes welcome-home ceremonies all around the Tyler area.
