A&M Mothers’ Club to host dinner
The Tyler A&M Mothers’ Club will host their Howdy Dinner at 6:15 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 5, at Pollard United Methodist Church in the Spirit Life Center, located at 3030 Copeland Road in Tyler.
Aggie moms will provide the meat. Attendees may bring a 2-liter drink along with a dish to share according to last name; A-L dessert, M-S vegetable and T-Z salad.
The guest speaker will be Jacob Robinson, Texas A&M Student Body President from Waco. He is a junior leadership studies major, Class of 2011. He is a member of the Aggie Men’s Club, Maroon Coats and serves on many university committees. Upon graduation he plans to go into the field of public service or public relations.
The evening will also include welcoming our incoming freshman, transfer students and recognizing the 2010 scholarship recipients.
