ET P’Jacks streakin’ at the top of division as season narrows down
KILGORE – As baseball season begins the second half of the respective season, the East Texas PumpJacks are leading the Texas Collegiate League.
But if you want to be a part of the action and the pennant race, you only have seven more home dates to watch the locals play at Driller Park.
Those home dates include, July 22, July 27-28; August 1; August 5-6; and Aug. 9.
Should the PumpJacks win the second half crown, they will play the Brazos Valley Bombers for the TCL crown, Aug. 10-14.
Pump Jacks Rout Aces
ALEXANDRIA, La. - Alex Fuselier fueled an offensive explosion with five hits, five runs and five RBIs, as the East Texas Pump Jacks slammed the Alexandria Aces 15-3 in a Texas Collegiate League contest Saturday night.
Fuselier finished 5 for 5 from the plate, as he hit a pair of two-run shots.
Zac Fisher enjoyed a big night for the Pump Jacks as well, going 4 for 5 with two doubles, while scoring four runs and batting in another.

Michael Hayes (2 for 5, double, two runs, one RBI) and Joey Latulippe (2 for 5, one double, four RBIs) accounted for seven more runs for the Pump Jacks.
Brad Kottman threw six complete innings. He struck out seven and allowed four hits, one run and one walk, to pick up his third victory of the summer.

PumpJacks still league leader
after win over the Texas Tomcats
KILGORE, TX – The PumpJacks got seven solid innings out of wining pitcher, Jared West, and newly signed Bryan Peters from Nebraska University celebrated his new home, with a thundering solo homerun in the third inning, to lead to the 5-1 win.
Chase Adams came on in the seventh inning, and Dusty Ross nailed down the win from the mound.
PumpJacks Zac Fisher got them on the board first, with an RBI single, and Alex Fuselier followed with an RBI-double, to stake a 2-0 East Texas lead.
The Peters homer upped the count to 3-0, before the Tomcats managed to pick up one run on two hits in the top of the fifth inning.
The locals answered right back with a single run in the fifth inning, and another in the seventh inning.
