Brook Hill honors


The Brook Hill School honores students with the Wayne Dement Service Award, given to only one student in the upper and middle schools each year. Steve Dement (Founder and Chairman of the Board of Trustees), left, presented this year’s award to Shelby Franklin, with the Middle School Servant’s Heart award. The Brook Hill School honores students with the Wayne Dement Service Award, given to only one student in the upper and middle schools each year. The Brook Hill Heart Award is given to one boy and one girl in both the Upper School and the Middle School who truly exemplify the three pillars of the Brook Hill mission – Education (academic progress and success) – Potential (most improved or potential for future success) – Character (displays a Christ-like character in actions and attitudes). This year the award for the Upper School (photo below) was given to Preston Swink and Erica Eden, the Middle School award (photo above) was given to Sam Marrs and Hayden Langemeier.
