The Cherokee County Democratic Club will have a covered-dish picnic at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 27, at Jim Hogg City Park in Rusk, East on U.S. Highway 84 at the intersection of Highway 84 and U.S. Highway 69 to the Park Road sign on the right.

Coca Cola, Dr Pepper, sweet tea, unsweetened tea and ice are provided by the club. Bring a covered dish, snack tray, chips, barbecue, fried chicken, etc.
