The Tyler chapter provides blankets to ETMC, Mother Frances, Children’s Advocacy, Child Protective Services, Hospice, and the ETMC Behavioral Health Center.

It is the mis- sion of Project Linus to “provide love, a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need through the gifts of new, handmade blankets.”

The fifth grader students made a variety of blanket sizes for newborn babies, toddlers, young children, and teens. The project was very fun and rewarding to these students of Brook Hill as they lovingly made blankets for children in crisis. They were pleased to have the opportunity to serve others through Project Linus.
