Camp Tyler will host Earth Day East Texas from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, April, 18, at the camp on F.M. 838.

There will be no admission charge. Earth Day East Texas is an annual event held at Camp Tyler to celebrate the natural heritage of Texas, while educating the public about being good stewards of their environment. Bring your guitars and instruments to share music with the community.

The camp will feature fishing, nature walks, farm tours, hayrides, food, games, exhibits, boat rides (fee), zip-line (fee), pony rides (fee) and a kid’s photography contest (bring digital camera.
