May I remind the public that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has given us until April 3 for comments on whether or not we want Lake Columbia built.

Our comments will be considered in their decision whether to issue the federal 404 permit, authorizing the Angelina & Neches River Authority to build Lake Columbia.
