JV plays host to eight in tourney

The Bullard junior varsity played host to eight teams in a tournament at Panther Field this past weekend. Bullard went 2-2 for the tournament, with wins over Lindale (2-1), and Pine Tree (5-3). Losses came at the hands of Tyler-Lee (13-2) and Little Elm (6-20. Spring Hill defeated Lindale in the championship game on Saturday night. The junior varsity will play at Gladewater on Monday at 6 p.m. The Panthers play at home on Friday as John Tyler comes to town for a 5 p.m. first pitch.
