The Smith County grand jury in the 7th Judicial District Court, handed up 37 indictments on Thursday, March 4, including:

William Wright, 39, Flint, for theft, on Nov. 15;

Jennifer Grimes, 27, 16629 CR 15, for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, on Dec. 16;

Jimmy Strickland, 22, Jacksonville, for possession of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone, on Dec.11.
