Guard dominates TAPPS 4-3A all-district basketball

The TAPPS state runner-up, Brook Hill, placed eight players on the TAPPS 4- 3A All-District team recently released.

Making the first team for the Guard were senior guards, Jeremey Chappelle and Mason Spradin. Also on the first squad is junior point guard, Tyler Baker.

All Saints placed two players on the first team, as Cameron Skief and Jalam Lewis were honored.

Second team members for The Guard include sophomore guard, Austin Langemeier, and senior forward, Luke Clardy.

Honorable Mention kudos went to senior post players, Courtney Thomas and John Clardy, and senior guard, Colton Townley.

The Guard season ended this past Saturday with a 73-60 loss in the state title game to Fort Worth-Country Day.
