Brook Hill A&P
Brook Hill School dual credit anatomy and physiology students had a comparative anatomy lab last week as they looked at the similarities and differences of a pig heart and a cow heart. While both hearts have characteristics that are closely associated with our own hearts, they were able to see the atriums, ventricles and the four valves up close and in person. Pictured are students Ji-Hyun Kim and Stevi Alexander, both seniors, as they make a closer inspection of the structures of a 12- pound heart. -(Photo Courtesy of Linda Seronello)
