RICK KINDLE Rick Kindle filed Monday, Feb. 8, for election to the Bullard City Council.

Kindle has been serving as a member of the Bullard City Council since he was appointed in June 2009.

“I’ve learned a lot,” Kindle said. “We’ve got some good things going and I’d like to keep it going.”

Kindle has been a citizen of Bullard for 20 years. He and his wife, Alana Kindle, have four sons.

“I think it’s time to give back a little,” he said.
