Bob Fitzgerald, Project Superintendent for Jacobson Construction, will supervise the setting of a 39-foot-tall white steeple, topping off the Colonial exterior of new Tyler Texas Stake Center for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 6.

The building is on U.S. Highway 69 in Bullard. Construction of the nearly 24,000 square foot edifice began last April and has a projected completion date of May 2010.

The Bullard Ward will have more than 400 members.

An open house will be scheduled so the pubic may tour the facility.
