Make a Wish fund-raiser
The Brook Hill Lower School had the privilege to participate in a service project
for the Make A Wish Foundation. Classes joined together to write and illustrate
letters to Santa. The letters were given to Macy’s for their Make A Wish Foundation
fund-raiser. Macy’s will give one dollar for every letter each child wrote to Make
A Wish Foundation. There was a total of 104 kids that participated, including Laurie
Carter (Pre-k), Sara Gunnels (K), Joseph Picarella (K) and Paula Bickerstaff
(3rd) classes (top photo); and Laurie Dawkins (4th), Jennifer Haugh (Pre-k), and
Keressa Baird (1st) classes (bottom).
