The grand jury returned 51 indictments in the 241st Smith County District Court Thursday, Nov. 19.

Indictments in the Bullard area included:

Patrick Hurst, 23, Bullard, driving while intoxicated, Oct. 4.

Melissa Fountain, 33, Flint, possession of a controlled substance, Oct. 23.

Keith Hardfield, 19, Whitehouse, two charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, one charge of unlawfully carrying a weapon, Jan. 18.

Sandrew Ellis, 39, Frankston, credit card abuse, Nov. 5.

Brandy Kincheloe, 23, Frankston, possession of a controlled substance, Oct. 13.

Vincent Rodriguez, 21, Troup, burglary of a habitation, Oct. 8.
