(COURTESY PHOTO) Ashley Kotzur of Bullard competed in Katy in the United States Dressage Federation Region 9 Championships which consists of riders from Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Texas. Ashley won first- place in the Pas de Duex along with partner Lauren Fisher of Tyler. Kotzur also finished third in the Pony Championships.
