Ginni McNamee, Realtor Xcel Properties Xcel Properties Open House will be from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, at the office next door to the old Ferrell Drug store and doctor’s office in downtown Bullard.

The open house will be open to the public. Refreshments will be served.

Tom Roper is from an old established family in Bullard. His grandfather owned the old Ferrell Drug Store and his mother is Dr. Margie Roper, who was a doctor and had an office in the back of the drug store for more than 60 years. She was truly “Bullard’s doctor.”

Xcel Properties opened up April, a new company name but not new in the real estate business. They have a total of about 40 years in the real estate business in and around the Smith and Cherokee County area. Tom Roper is the owner/developer of Oak Grove Estates Subdivision and the owner/Broker of Xcel properties.
