Festival booth rental applications due Thursday Oct. 15

Only 25 days and counting.

The Red White & Blue Festival sponsored by the Bullard Area Chamber of Commerce will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, in downtown Bullard.

The festival will feature a parade, live music and other entertainment, vendor booths and more.

This year’s key note speaker is Joan Hallmark of KLTV, known for her Freedom Fighter series, along with her extensive experience in the television industry.

Vendor booths also will be available. Booth sizes include a 10x10 arts and crafts vendor booth (covered booths will be available). Food booths with electricity also will be available.

Checks for booths should be made payable to the Bullard Area Chamber of Commerce. All application are reviewed and no refunds will be returned once applications have been accepted. Applications will be due by Thursday, Oct. 15. Late applications will be subject to additional fees. For information about booth rental, call (903) 521-9309 or write to P.O. Other festival activities will include a carnival, a petting zoo, vendors, a car show, live music, a mechanical bull and more, including live music will be performed by Nearly There, James Lann, Jamie Richards, Morrison Williams, Lauren Alexander, Jason Allen and Honeybrowne.

Performances scheduled include the Chapel Hill High School, Bullard High School and Spirit of Tyler Cheerleaders, drill teams from Bullard High School, Robert E. Lee High School and John Tyler High School, the Jacksonville Square Dancers and the Lake Houston Dancers who were recently appeared on “America’s Got Talent.”

A parade will kick off the festival events. Applications to enter the parade are available online at wwwbullardtexaschamber (click on redwhiteandblue). To apply, fill out the form, which includes name, address, name of business to be represented, phone number and if a float or other parade activity is planned.
