The tournament sponsor was Chick-Fil-A. Gold Sponsor included Azalea Orthopedics; and Silver Sponsors included Blood and Cancer Center, Brick Street Pharmacy, Brookshire’s, Cardiovascular Associates of East Texas, Chip Swinney DDS., East Texas Eye Care Associates, Express Employment Professionals, Maxillofacial and Oral Surgery Associates, Patterson Dental Supply, Sealtite Building Fasteners, Southside Bank, Texas Spine and Joint Hospital and White and Shaver PC.
