All-region choir
On Saturday, Sept. 26, several singers competed in
the Texas Music Educators Association High School
All-Region Choir competition. The competitive contest
includes about 20 public and private schools
from all over East Texas, 1A-5A. Brook Hill students
chosen for the choir were (l to r) Michael
Ayers, Erica Eden and Alyssa Eden. Graham Inglish
was named second alternate in his section. The
students will continue on to the Pre-Area round of
auditions on Nov. 10. They will also perform with
the region choir at The Cowan Center on the campus
of UT Tyler on Saturday, Nov. 14.
