Steve Roper, 60, of Bullard, died Sunday, Sept. 20, 2009. Funeral services were Thursday, Sept. 24, at Lloyd James Funeral Chapel in Tyler. Burial followed in the Oaklawn Cemetery in Maybank under the direction of Lloyd James Funeral Home.
