The Tyler Morning Telegraph All East Texas Softball teams were recently announced and just as the all-dsitrict voting went, there was a shortage of Lady Panthers from Bullard on the list of notables.

Erin Kipp and Alayna Kipp more than deserved their first team nominations.

But, the All East Texas team ignored Chelsea Foreman, Ashley Gwartney, Ashlee Shidler, Mandy Gillard, Bri Kirkland and Valarie Roberts. No second teams? Not even an honorable menton for a team that was the district champion?

All being underclassmen, the youth will hopefully use this snub for fuel for next season as the Lady Panthers should be in the thick of the state-wide picture when the pre-season polls come out.

Sarah Mullicane of Brook Hill received honorable mention at pitcher.

Congrats to the Kipps on their great seasons, and hopefully next year some Lady Panther teammates will get some notice from the state and local writers.
