East Texas Spirit Soccer Club has an open training session scheduled this next Monday for all interested girls born between Aug. 1, 1995 and July 31, 1997.

There is no charge to attend this training session and parents are encouraged to attend.

The session will be held at Bristow Fields.

The Spirit session will run from 6:30 p.m. until approximately 8 p.m. and will be conducted by coach Younes Khamir.

The East Texas Spirit is forming a non-traveling soccer team which will play league games in Tyler.

Fully optional tournaments will be scheduled as desired by the players and their families.

Khamir has more than 40 years of combined experience as a player, coach, and referee at both the high school and collegiate level.

Bristow Fields are located at 16531 CR 1134 near the intersection of State Highway 31 West and FM 2661. To reach the field, heading west on 31 toward Chandler, turn left at the light at FM 2661 and then FM 1134 is the first road on the right.
