The Bullard Lady Panthers track and field team may have been short on numbers, but the girl's team will all possibly return next season with a freshman dominant team. Junior Ashley Ricci just missed a trip to Austin and the state meet this year, with a tie for second place, but more misses at an earlier height was the tiebreaker for the bronze medal. Kylee Nichols ran a season best for fifth place in the 800-meter run; Minta Spears placed sixth in the 1600-meter run, and 12th in the 3200-meter. Bailee Callens ran sick and still gutted out a 12th place in the mile run. The 4X400 relay of Samantha Phillips, Callens, Nichols,Spears, and alternate Sarah Grace French.
