The Brook Hill

School invites one

auctions in the newly

dedicated Kimrey

Cafetorium.

The night features:

dinner by Sadler's

Kitchen; entertainment

by Brook Hill

Students ; as well as

live and silent auctions

of items such

as games, trips,

sporting event tickets,

vacation packages

and more.

The festivities

begin 6 p.m.

Saturday, March 28

in the Kimrey

Cafetorium at The

Brook Hill Lower

School.

Tickets are $35.

All proceeds go to

the Brook Hill

School Annual Fund.

Community Library

is open until 9 p.m.

on Monday, in

response to community

requests.

The Mission House is in need of volunteer

staff. If you have the time please give it to those in

need.

The Mission House Health Clinic is open 9

a.m. until 4 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of each

month.

The Food and Clothes Closet is open 9 a.m.

until 3 p.m. on the third Wednesday of the month

and 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. in the Fourth Tuesday of

the month.

Tuesdays at Bullard Properties, on the corner of

Main and Phillips Streets.

Smith County Commissioners' Court meets 9

a..m. each Monday at the Smith County

Courthouse Annex.

Cherokee County Commissioners' Court

meets at 10 a.m. on the second and fourth Monday

of the month at Cherokee County Courthouse.

Bullard City Council meets 6:30 p.m., the second

Tuesday of each month. Come out and see

what is happening in the city and where your tax

dollars are headed.

Bullard ISD Board of Directors meets the

third Tuesday of the month.

Bullard Area Kiwanis Club meets Noon

Tuesdays at the First United Methodist Church

Family Life Center.

Bullard Area Rotary Club meets 6:30 a.m. at

Keipersol. The rotary Club this month has heard

from speakers on topic such as economic development

and the future of local sports programs.
