Tony and Melissa Vining of Bullard are happy to announce the birth of their son, Connor Heath Vining, born Feb. 7, 2009 at Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler. Connor weighed 9 lbs. 3 oz. and was 20-3/4 inches long. Connor was also welcomed by his big brother Tyler.

Maternal grandparents are Garry and Patrice Minton of Jacksonville, and paternal grandparents are Jim and Lois Vining of Jacksonville. Maternal great-grandparents are James and Pat Tennison of Jacksonville and Doris Minton of Jacksonville. Paternal greatgrandparents are Tom and Phyllis McKnight of Jacksonville, Chuck and Lorraine Huffman of Oklahoma, and Karen Vining of Oklahoma.
