F.Y.I.
Among new things to consider as the May election approaches are questions that some of you may want to ask our candidates.
Bullard Banned News is prepared to host a public forum for the candidates to answer these questions. A time and date are not yet set, but we will keep you informed through this column.
The forum will allow candidates the opportunity to answer your questions and the chance to set themselves apart from other candidates on the ballot.
Every question answered by the candidates will be 100 percent of-the-cuff. The candidates will have no prior knowledge of the questions.
Each candidate will answer every question submitted.
So far Bullard has two mayoral candidates and three council member candidates.
None of the school Board seats are contested at this point.
If you have a question for the candidates please call Kathryn Penrose, Bullard Banner editor, at 903-894-9306. You may also email Kathryn at Kathrynpenrose@gma il.com or at editor@bullardnews.co m .

Bullard Community Library is still collection items for Love Your Library Month. Items collected so far include post-it notes, toilet paper and paper towels, stationary, pens, pencils and other office supplies. The Friends of Bullard Public Library hope that raising supplies will off set expenses for these items, thus stretching purse strings for the library building fund and expediting the new library facility that has been planned for so long.
