F.Y.I.
This week has blessed me with one challenge after another; and, I am thankful once again for the opportunities found in Bullard.
Some of you may know Daisy Mae Hargraves, who like me is new to town. She is a fitness trainer and has eighty ladies signed up for Fitness 45, a 45- minute "Body Camp" of cardio and Pilates, of which I will be the first to admit is tough work.
I went into class the first night with the mindset that pilates was simple. Wrong! Pilates is hard! I also thought maybe she'll take it easy on us. Wrong! Hargraves is a trainer. She is supposed to push and that's excatly what she does.!
So if you see us, women - all in different stages of physical condition and fatigue - walking, whether it be in your neighborhood, or in the park, we are on a mission; just 45 minutes at a time.
