The Bullard Bullets sophomore team won the Whitehouse Pre-Season Tournament April 18-19.

Teams from Bullard, Chandler, Gilmer, Kemp, Whitehouse and Winnsboro competed in the tournament.

The Bullets winning championship game over the Gilmer Gators ended at around midnight with a score of 4-3.

The regular season began on May 5.
