Brook Hill boys advance to state

The TAPPS 3A Regional Golf Tournament was held at the Old Course, Firewheel Golf Course, in Garland, Texas on Monday, April 14.

The Brook Hill varsity boys' team finished in second place with a team total of 339 only nine strokes behind the leader, Midland Classical and a full 12 strokes ahead of their next closest competitor, Prince of Peace from Dallas.

The top four teams advanced to the State Tourney April 21-22-, at the Trails of Frisco. The Brook Hill team consists of: seniors Tim Estridge (84) and Dallas Taylor (89), Junior Bo Seamonds (80), and Sophomores Preston Swink (88) and Maselyn Walker (87).

All five BH golfers finished in the top 10 which placed them on the All Region Team for 2008.
