Library Receives Donation

Larry Melhart, of the Melhart Allstate Agency in Bullard, right, presents a check for $500 to Debbie Brown, left, director of the Bullard Community Library. The check was a gift from the Allstate Foundation and the Melhart Agency to support community non-profit organizations that "make communities a better place to live."
