Intermediate class gives aid

Sheila Bishop"s fourth grade reading class voted and decided it would be a great idea to help those who are less fortunate or whose circumstances would prevent them from having a Merry Christmas.

The students saved enough money to be able to provide for two Salvation Army angel tree kids.

"We saved $195; enough money to be able to fulfill the Christmas wishes of both of these kids," Bishop said. "The students were excited as they watched their funds grow and discovered that they can make a difference."
