TYLER - The UT Tyler baseball program's final hitting camp of the 2008-2009 winter season will feature special guest Ronnie Ortegon, the hitting coordinator for the Cincinnati Reds. The camp will be held on Jan. 2, 2009 at Irwin Field on the UT Tyler campus from 1-5 p.m. The event is open to all players from age 10 to seniors in high school. Patriots head coach James Vilade, assistants Stan Phelps, Wes Davis and Chris Goss and members of the UT Tyler baseball team will be on hand to offer additional instruction.
