Bullard drama to perform GREASE this week
GREASE is the word at Bullard High School. Since breaking out on Broadway in 1972, Grease's place has been firmly established in the cultural hall of fame. It has entertained the hearts of millions with its back to back sizzling tunes.
And now, Bullard's theater department will put the show on for the public Dec. 20. It will be the first play in the new theater, and it will be Bullard's first ever musical.
The theater department has been practicing in full dress rehearsals.
GREASE proved that a love story musical that is bursting with denim, leather, fast cars and a slick hairstyles.
Take a blast from the past with greased hair and black leather. Watch Danny Zuko ( Vincent Cottingham), Sandy Dumbrowski ( Minta Spears) , Betty Rizzo ( Heather Berryhill), Kenickie ( Doug Lake), and Frenchy ( Amanda Abernathy) in the musical that idolizes the fifties.
This musical features all your favorite songs including Summer Lovin', Sandy,We Go Together and Greased Lightning.
Bullard High School Theater will be performing GREASE ( school version) , Dec. 20th at 7:30 pm and 21st @ 2 p.m.
Tickets are now on sale at Bullard Middle School and from any cast member. Cost is $5.00 and $7.00 at the door.
