Bullard (5-0), was trailing 16-15, when the Lady Panthers went long-range 13-1, run in the third period to stake a 29-21 lead going into the final period.
Samantha Philips hit three, treys, and Minta Spears two, leading Bullard in scoring with 10 points each.
Jacksonville (1-3), got eight Maidens in the book led by Sharae Sanders and Brittany King with six-points apiece.
