Panthers take a victory over Gladewater, 69-34
By Kelly Griffith-Fields news@bullardnews.com

The varsity Panthers defeated Gladewater 69-34 in a recent game.

"The Panthers played very hard and did a tremendous job on the defensive end," head coach Ryan Tomlin said.

Josiah Rosebury led scoring for the night with a total of 15 points.

Austin Camp followed with 11; Daniel Howard, 8 and Lance Anding added 7.

Brandon Beavers, Andrew Barron and Brandon Davis each contributed 6; Charlie Moore, 5; Nikky Rumbelow, 3 and Jacob Whatley, 1.

"The great thing about this game was that 10 people scored -- which is a sign of the boys being very unselfish," Tomlin said.

The boys then went on to defeat Eustace 66-46 before breaking for the Thanksgiving holiday.

The Panthers will be competing next in the Lindale Hoop Heaven Tournament Nov. 29- Dec. 1 at the Lindale Middle School.

The boys will play John Tyler first beginning at 11:30 a.m.
