Lady Panthers win tourney, defeat Jacksonville Maidens

      The Lady Panthers reigned over the recent three day Cougar-Patriot Basketball Tournament where the girls defeated Gladewater, 62-33; Crockett, 55-34 and Mabank 58-45. A couple of Lady Panthers took home awards from the tournament.

      The varsity Panthers defeated Gladewater 69-34 in a recent game. "The Panthers played very hard and did a tremendous job on the defensive end," head coach Ryan Tomlin said. Josiah Rosebury led scoring for the night with a total of 15 points.
