HEAD OUT FOR HALLOWEEN
Mother Frances sponsors fall festival

FLINT - Trinity Clinic- Lake Palestine will sponsor a Fall Festival for children on October 31, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The Clinic is located at 20208 Highway 155 South.

The Fall Festival will include a costume contest, pumpkin decorating, safety finger printing, candy and refreshments.

"Children will be able to meet Trinity Clinic physicians for "trick or treatment" while having a great time in a safe, wholesome atmosphere," said John Moore, public information officer, Trinity Mother Frances Health System.

The Woods holds fall festival

Fall Fest at The Woods Baptist Church will be held from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct.31 in the church parking lot.

Dr. Mark T. Goodman, pastor of TWBC, said that all children from infants through fifth grade are invited to attend. The event offers free games and candy.

The church asks that all children be accompanied by an adult and that no one wear a scary costume.

The Woods Baptist church is located 300 yards east of The University of Texas at Tyler at 4502 University Blvd.

Grace Fellowship sets 5th annual festival

The Grace Fellowship Church, located just north of the four-way stop in Flint, invites evenyone to a harvest celebration from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday. Come experience: Creation, Eden, Paradise Lost, Tribulation House and Redemption.

There will also be puppet shows, food, drinks, candy, games, a bounce house and and obstacle course.

First Baptist Church of Bullard to hold festival

Bullard's First Baptist Church will hold its fall festival from 6-8 p.m. Oct. 31 at the church located on 2493. There will be fun and games with a Biblical message, free prizes, cupcakes, cookies, and treats

Everyone is invited to attend the free event.

Power and Praise holds 'Halloween Alternative'

Power and Praise Tabernacle Baptist Church is holding a "Halloween Alternative," from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Oct. 31. The church is offering free food and candy for all ages.

FUMC holds 'Trunk or Treat'

First United Methodist Church of Bullard, located at 204 S. Rather St. invites everyone to the church's parking lot for an evening of Trunk or Treat. The event -- held Wednesday from 5:30 to 7 p.m. -- is a group of vehicles passing out candy from the trunks of their cars.

There will also be food, fun and prizes.
