Panther junior and varsity lose in games against Van

      The junior varsity Panthers were defeated Thursday night by Van 24-0. The first quarter passed with neither team scoring and each presenting a good defense. "Van used a variety of ground and pound and spread offenses to put up 24 points," said Coach Ronnie Dent.

Lady Guard splits games

      Brook Hill's Lady Guard recently took on Shady Grove to win in four games. The Lady Guard prevailed in the best 3 out of 4 with the final scores being, 25-19; 12-25; 25-11 and 25-20. Carly Hood led the girls with 13 kills, 8 aces and 6 digs. Katy Hicks contributed 8 kills, 2 aces and 14 digs.

BASKETBALL DRAFT
      The Panther Basketball Youth League is for boys and girls in grades first through sixth. Draft will be held on Saturday, Nov. 10, at the Bullard High School Gym. Draft times will be as follows: ! 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. - 1st and 2nd grade boys and girls.
