LADY PANTHERS DOWN VANDALS

The Bullard Lady Panthers took to the court Tuesday evening to defeat the Lady Vandals.

The varsity girls won in five games, the final scores for each was, 18-25; 25-15; 25-20; 25-27 and 15-10.

Callie Miller led the girls in both kills and digs.

Miller had 26 kills, 14 digs and 3.5 blocks.

Whitney Lust led in assists with 49. Lust also added 10 digs and 5 kills.

Ashley Davis led the team with 9 blocks.

She contributed 16 kills, 3 aces and 9 digs to the win as well. Valarie Roberts also stood out making 8 digs and 5 kills as well as Nikki Coleman who executed 5 kills.

The junior varsity Lady Panthers also took on Van defeating them, 25-17 and 25-18. The freshman team however did not prevail, the girls were defeated 25-13 and 25-21.

The Ladies will play Athens Friday with the freshman team beginning at 4:30 p.m. at the high school gym.
