County issues indictments A Smith County Grand Jury last month indicted almost 50 people, including two Bullard men. Bullard residents Justin Cannon and Christopher Hobbs were among those indicted in District Judge Cynthia Kent's court. Cannon, 27, faces charges of delivery of a controlled substance stemming from a June 20 arrest. Hobbs, 38, was indicted for a June DWI offense. Other indictments included: !
