TJC announces August 2007 graduates

Tyler Junior College held the summer commencement Aug. 10, in Wagstaff Gymnasium, recognizing 356 candidates for graduation.

Among the students graduating were Andrew Smith, Aaron Luscombe, Dusty McIntyre, Laura Luscombe and Corey Wiggins of Bullard.

As well as Jason Ruark, Tonya Maranto, Waylen Hardy, Tiffany Hinton, Christina Pippin, Ebonie Shepard, Ashley Lackey, Christopher Brown and Heather Welch of Flint

TJC evening vocational nursing program graduate pinning

Tyler Junior College presented pins to 36 students in the evening vocational nurse education program during a ceremony Aug. 9 at Wise Auditorium.

Tiffany Hinton of Flint was among those recieving pins.

TJC daytime nursing program graduate pinning

Among the 68 students recieving pins during the Daytime Nursing Program ceremony were Candle Brockway, Christina Pippin and Joy Rowan each of Flint.

Pins were placed by selected guests of the graduation candidates.

The graduates then recited the Vocational Nursing Pledge, led by a licensed vocational nurse.
