! Bullard High School sophomores, juniors, and seniors may pick up their schedules from 9-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. Aug. 21.

! Bullard United Methodist will celebrate its 122nd year in existence. The church has planned a Remembrance and Heritage Weekend for Sept. 22-23. The staff is requesting stories to include in a history book. All stories must be turned in by Sunday, Aug. 26. ! Bullard Independent School District will conduct new student registration Aug. 15 and 16 form 9-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. Registration will be conducted at individual campuses. Proof of residency, which includes a physical address where you are currently residing, as well as a social security card, immunization record, birth certificate and report from the last school must be presented at this time, along with a parent or guardian's driver's license.

! "Meet the Teacher" will be held on each campus Thursday, Aug. 23 at the following times: Bullard Elementary School -- 6-7 p.m.; Bullard Intermediate School-- 6:30-7:30 p.m.; Bullard Middle School -- 5:30- 6:30 p.m.; Bullard High School -- 5:45-6:45 p.m. For further information, contact the individual campus or visit the website at www.bullardisd.net. ! The Tyler-Lone Star Chapter of the Texas Association of Sports Officials is looking for anyone interested in officiating Junior High and High School football games in the East Texas area. Meetings are already under way. If you are interested, please contact Kevin at 903-312-2222.
