Above is an example of the condition of some of the lots at Lakeway Harbor. When the subvision was built in the 1980s, it was modeled to be like most of the other restricted subdivisions in the area, but its since been plagued by litter, junk cars and other debris. Below is the sign welcoming residents to Lakeway Harbor.
