Bullard's newest water source --

expected, according to City

Manager Larry Morgan. Above, the well is flowing to flush the well

minute. City engineer Brian Capps and Russell Drilling -- who

drilled the well -- initially hoped

for 500 gallons per minute, but

Morgan said the news is better -- 700 gallons per minute. In about a

month, the city hopes to have a pump built with a well and begin

laying the 8-inch line for water

customers.
