Guthrie, Boutte marry
A reception followed at Mon Ami in Jeanerette (Grand Marias), La. The bride is the daughter of JoAnn and the late Walter Ray Guthrie of Frankston. Kukie is a graduate of Brownsboro High School and earned her nursing license at El Centro College of Dallas and is employed with Charlton Methodist Hospital in Dallas. The groom is the son of Sylvia and Dalton Boutte of Jeanerette (Grand Marias), La. J.B. is a graduate of New Iberia High School and is employed with Time Warner in Dallas. Given in marriage by eldest brother, Jo Bill Ganaway Jr., the bride chose a formal gown of soft champagne silk organza designed by Oleg Cassini. The luxurious gown featured a strapless lace-up corset bodice, embellished with delicate embroidery accented with sea pearls, caviar beads and Austrian crystals. To complete her ensemble, the bride wore a two-tier veil, elbow length with fresh water pearls and crystals. The matron of honor was Jackie Salagado, first cousin of the bride. The junior bride was Hallie Olivier, goddaughter to the groom, and princess to the bride, Kennedy Rose. The bridesmaids were as followed: Patricia Chapman, Prishna Jimenez, Golnaz Solati, Chelsea Rose, Kennitra Roberotson, Vanessa Love, Sharmetrice Boutte. The flower girls were Janeice Guthrie, Libbie Bohannon, Aundrea Traylor, and Madelyn Myer. The best man was Damian Boutte, brother of the groom. The ring bearer and junior groom was Kyle Boutte, nephew of the groom, and prince to the groom, Shae Arceneaux. The groomsmen were as follows: Terry Boutte, Richard Boutte, Marshall Guthrie, Jeremy Boutte, Randy Rochon, David Lightfoot and Nicholas Olivier. The ushers were Walter and Jackie Guthrie and Derek Oliver and Clifford Hollis. Following a honeymoon to Fiji and Australia, the couple lives in Dallas. |
