      Denise "Kukie" Guthrie and Jeffrey "J.B." Boutte were married June 2, 2007, at the home of Sylvia and Dalton Boutte of Jeanerette (Grand Marais), La. A reception followed at Mon Ami in Jeanerette (Grand Marias), La. The bride is the daughter of JoAnn and the late Walter Ray Guthrie of Frankston.

Tourney set for June 15
      Landmark Title, Inc. serves as presenting sponsor for the Kyle Lake Foundation's inaugural golf tournament. The event will be held Friday, June 15 at Oakhurst Golf Course in Bullard. Tee time for the four man shotgun scramble is at 1 p.m. with a complimentary fish fry at 5:30 p.m.
