! The Bullard ISD bands announce their annual Spring Concerts. The Middle School bands will perform at 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 15 at the middle school. Refreshments will follow the concert. The High School Concert Band and the Jazz Band will perform at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 17 at the BHS gymnasium. Prior to each concert the Bullard Band Boosters will hold a silent auction. A wide array of items will be offered for auction. Proceeds from the auction help support the many varied activities of all the Bullard bands.

! Texas Spine and Joint Hospital is holding a free seminar at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 24. Anyone with pain in the knee or hip is encouraged to attend. Participants will learn about the different causes of arthritis, knee and hip pain, soreness and morning stiffness and discuss the latest non-surgical treatments, surgery, and advances in physical therapy. Texas Spine & Joint Hospital is located behind Luby's in the Bergfeld Shopping Center in Tyler. Reservations required and may be made by calling 903- 525-3300.

! The City of Bullard is currently holding an auction via auctioneerexpress. com of its surplus equipment. Included are city vehicles, front-end loader backhoe, ditch witch trencher, and much more. Visit auctioneerexpress. com Anyone interested in bidding should follow the instructions. The auction is under way will at 11 a.m. May 30.

! The Bullard Area Kiwanis Club meets Tuesdays at noon in the fellowship hall of the First United Methodist Church of Bullard. The public is welcome to attend. Lunch is $6.

! The Bullard Rotary Club meets at 6:30 a.m. every Thursday at Hondo and Shorty's.

! The Bullard Community Library holds story hour for children every Thursday at 10 a.m.
